Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Job Mode: Remote Project Type: Support Job Profile: Functional Consultant/ Lead/ SME Mandate Skills: Order Management, Procurement, PDH, Pricing Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Functional Consultant with expertise in Order Management, Procurement, Product Data Hub (PDH), and Pricing modules to join our support team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work in a remote environment aligned with PST time zone hours. Key Responsibilities: Provide functional support for Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Order Management, Procurement, PDH, and Pricing . Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users in a timely and effective manner. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend improvements. Liaise with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Coordinate with technical teams to implement necessary changes or enhancements. Maintain system configurations, master data integrity, and module-specific setups. Create and maintain documentation for business processes, issue resolution, and configuration changes. Support monthly and quarterly releases and perform impact analysis. Ensure data accuracy and support integration touchpoints with other modules and systems. Qualifications: Minimum 7+ years of experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant. Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud modules: Order Management (OM) Procurement (Self Service and Supplier Portal) Product Data Hub (PDH) Pricing Proven experience in support projects with exposure to ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Ability to analyze and resolve day-to-day production issues independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in remote teams and aligning with PST time zone working hours. Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM modules is a plus.
