As a Client Success Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the retail banking sector. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the retail banking sector Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue Monitor and analyze client performance and provide regular reports to management Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the retail banking sector Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Knowledge of the local market and industry trends We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
