Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting with client communication—following up with leads, building relationships, and supporting outreach efforts.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems and internal databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Supporting proposal and presentation preparation—drafting decks, media kits, and tracking client feedback.
  • Coordinating with internal teams (marketing, operations, events) to facilitate seamless execution of campaigns and events.
  • Participating in client meetings—taking notes, documenting key takeaways, and preparing action-oriented summaries.
  • Managing vendor and client data systematically—updating records and assisting with onboarding tasks.
  • Sending personalized greetings and follow‑ups under supervision to enhance client engagement.
  • Ensuring all client correspondence and activity logs are accurately recorded in email systems and the CRM.
  • Engaging in daily CRM review meetings—providing support on reporting and data entry tasks.
