Job Description

About the Role:

Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable SEO strategies.
Coordinate between internal SEO teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of work.
Monitor project progress, share regular reports, and handle client feedback effectively.
Keep yourself updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.
Support clients with digital strategy planning beyond SEO where needed (basic knowledge of social media, paid ads is must).

Requirements:

06-1 year of experience in
client servicing
within a digital marketing agency.
Strong knowledge of
SEO concepts
, keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization, technical SEO, etc.
Understanding of
other digital marketing services
(social media, paid ads, content marketing, website management).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
