About Us:

Webpulse Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a leading digital marketing and web solutions company, empowering businesses to grow their online presence. We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team and help strengthen our client relationships while driving business growth through upselling and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and smooth handover from the sales team.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and service performance.
  • Proactively suggest improvements and additional services (upselling/cross-selling) to meet client needs.
  • Handle and resolve client queries, concerns, or escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor project delivery timelines in coordination with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Track client renewals and work toward achieving retention and revenue targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive attitude with a client-first mindset
  • Ability to handle feedback, pressure, and multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Good problem-solving and follow-up skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in client servicing, customer success, or account management is preferred
  • Exposure to digital marketing or IT services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
