Role Description

The Client Servicing Executive acts as the primary liaison between the client and the event agency, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution,

and overall client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality event solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

•  Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients throughout the event lifecycle.

•  Understand client requirements and brief internal teams (creative, production, logistics, etc.).

•  Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and budgets tailored to client needs.

•  Ensure timely execution of event deliverables, coordinating with internal departments and vendors.

•  Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication and support.

•   Manage event timelines, schedules, and budgets effectively.

•   Work on pitches and proposals to win new business.

•   Handle feedback, issues, or changes requested by clients professionally and promptly.

•   Track project milestones and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

•   Maintaining data for new and existing clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.

• Fresher or minimum 1yr of experience in client service, preferably in events, advertising, or media.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems proactively.

  • Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends, when required


Preferred Attributes:

              •  Passion for events and creative solutions.

              •  Prior experience in events

              •   Knowledge of event production and vendor management.
