Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative at Brandmaker333 Media Solutions located in Mumbai. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and managing client accounts. Your day-to-day tasks will include communication with clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and managing the financial aspects of client accounts. Qualifications Client Services and Customer Service skills Coordination with VO artist and the production team Strong communication skills Ability to ensure customer satisfaction Experience in customer service or client management Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
