For Final-Year Students Only Designation: Client Service Trainee Location: Ahmedabad Department: Operations Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of cakes and flowers for the Dealers and the Fleet Customers. Timely Delivery: Coordinate deliveries for special occasions like birthdays and weddings, ensuring punctuality on a proper Address. Reporting: Maintain daily reports on delivery status and challenges faced. Planning: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to plan delivery schedules effectively. Redemption Program: Support the redemption program for JK Tyre Dealers & Fleet customers by processing orders and maintaining records. Data Management: Organize and maintain records of operational activities for easy reference. Support: Provide assistance to the operations team as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or currently pursuing the master’s degree. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A team player with good organizational and multitasking skills.
