We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Engagement Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of our accounts. You will act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams to ensure that client needs are met with efficiency and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication. Understand client goals and objectives to deliver tailored solutions and services. Maintain strong, long-term relationships to foster client satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to meet client needs. Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary. Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions with clients. Identify opportunities for account growth and assist in upselling and cross-selling activities. Document client interactions and maintain accurate CRM records. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client management.
