Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Chennai

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and streamline our operational functions in a fast-growing D2C brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is skilled in managing cross-functional teams and workflows.


The COO will be responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly, teams are aligned, and deliverables for D2C clients are met with excellence and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across departments including performance marketing, design, content, brand strategy, and client servicing.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams working on D2C brand campaigns across channels like Meta, Google, Amazon, Shopify, Influencer marketing, and market places.
  • Manage workflows to ensure timely execution of deliverables with a focus on ROI and performance outcomes.
  • Set up clear operational processes and SOPs to improve team efficiency and scale execution capacity.
  • Track task deadlines and ensure accountability through effective use of project management tools.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between strategy, creative, and media teams.
  • Work closely with the founders to define operational KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure team goals align with business objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of internal collaboration and client satisfaction.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or team leadership within a digital marketing or D2C brand environment.
  • Proven experience managing high-performing teams and scaling operations for D2C Brands.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing practices.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with project management platforms and building streamlined workflows.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage timelines in a high-pressure environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience working with D2C brands.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
