Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and work closely with Directors and Promoters of the Company in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels.
  • Will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of operations across all functions from land acquisition to project execution, sales, marketing and post-handover services.
  • Bring clarity and purpose and should be a champion for developing, coordinating and executing the strategic plan across teams.
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management.
  • Collaborate with all departments to connect dots and ensure that work, projects and tasks are completed with high quality and meets deadlines.
  • Establish, define, track, KPIs for each function (Sales and Marketing, Projects, Accounts & Finance) and track regularly for performance improvement and service delivery to ensure excellence.
  • Design and implement SOP’s across all functional areas – front desk, housekeeping, IT, maintenance, and client experience.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership in support of the organization’s strategic plan, mission, core values and objectives.
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
  • Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves targets for growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with Finance in monitoring P&L, cash flows, tax planning and optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure quality control, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across all development phases of departments.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record (15+ years) in senior leadership roles in Real Estate/Infrastructure/Construction industry
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle, business operations & Financials
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills,
  • Must have led large Projects across different locations.
