Job Description

Financial Reporting & Close

  • Lead end-to-end month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow statements and board-level dashboards in ERPNext/Frappe Insights.

Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

  • Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts and variance analyses.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards for sales, finance and operations.

Management & Cost Accounting

  • Oversee product and job costing, standard costing updates and margin analysis.
  • Drive cost-control initiatives and inventory valuation accuracy.

Compliance & Audit

  • Coordinate statutory, tax (GST, TDS, income tax) and ROC filings.
  • Manage external audit and implement internal controls, liaising with CA firms.

Working Capital

  • Monitor cash-flow, optimize receivables/payables cycles and oversee banking relationships.
  • Recommend short-term investment strategies and funding plans.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Enhance ERPNext workflows, automate reporting and streamline financial processes.
  • Drive adoption of Frappe Insights for real-time analytics.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Mentor and develop finance team (AP, AR, Cost, MIS analysts).
  • Partner with Operations, Sales and HR to support business decisions.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per month
