Responsibilities

Reporting: Producing financial reports, including monthly and annual reportsBudgeting: Preparing budget forecasts and managing budgetsFinancial analysis: Analyzing financial data, industry trends, and market trendsFinancial operations: Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactionsRisk management: Developing risk-minimizing strategies and managing monetary risksCompliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislationBusiness planning: Developing long-term business plans and strategic business plansFinancial policies: Establishing and maintaining financial policies and proceduresStaff management: Leading, developing, and supporting the finance teamExternal relationships: Developing external relationships with auditors, solicitors, bankers, and other organizationsFinancial guidance: Providing financial guidance to other departments within the company
