Role Objective:
To build a robust network of self-invested and self - stockists and distributors for branded millets and oils products across PH 1 Chennai, PH 2 Coimbatore, PH 3Madurai and PH 4 Vellore regions, ensuring market activation, regular primary and secondary billing, and long-term channel loyalty such as ensuring early-stage market penetration and monthly sales volume growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Self-Stockist & Distributor Appointment –
ü Identify financially capable, geography-specific stockists and distributors with existing infrastructure.
ü Pitch investment plans for self-stockist setup (investment range ₹3–₹10 Lakhs).
ü Finalize agreements, onboarding documentation, and credit terms.
ü Ensure alignment of distribution partner with company’s expansion and product objectives.
Territory Mapping & Channel Planning –
ü Create district/taluk-wise micro-channel strategy.
ü Plan phased rollout: Metro & Tier 1 cities
ü Map logistics partners for inter-city supply and coverage.
Sales & Billing Target Delivery -
ü Ensure monthly primary sales of ₹2–₹3.5 Lakhs per distributors.
ü Drive retail penetration of 50+ outlets per distributor within 60 days of onboarding.
ü Achieve 90% product billing fill rate with ≤5% return rate.
Market Development & Support –
ü Train distributors/stockists on inventory, product demo, and POS handling.
ü Plan and execute outlet engagement drives: product trials, scheme offers, point-of-sale branding.
ü Conduct monthly field visits (minimum 18 days/month) to support distributors and ensure pull generation.
Monitoring & Reporting -
ü Submit weekly stockist/distributor status reports:
ü Appointments, Billing performance, Market feedback, Payment aging
ü Analyse ROI of distributors and initiate corrective actions if target gaps exist.
