Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel development strategies to drive sales growth through real estate partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and event coordination.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that meet brokers/ agents needs while maximizing revenue potential.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or related field (channel management).
  • Proven track record of success in developing strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong understanding of luxury sales principles and practices; ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
