Job Title: Channel Development Manager

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reports To: The Founders

Experience Required: 5,10 years in Channel Sales or Business Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Development Manager to build, manage, and expand our distribution network.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new channel partners, driving sales through indirect channels, and ensuring effective partner enablement and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement regional channel development strategies.

Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners in the Gurgaon region.

Monitor performance and drive productivity across all channel partners.

Sales Enablement:

Work closely with partners to achieve sales targets and market coverage.

Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and support to sell effectively.

Conduct regular reviews and align on business goals.

Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Resolve partner issues and manage escalations promptly.

Market Intelligence & Expansion:

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Suggest enhancements in product offerings or pricing based on partner and market feedback.

Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain accurate reports on channel performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial terms, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of relevant experience in channel sales, preferably in Financial Product distribution.

Proven experience in partner onboarding, development, and revenue generation.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation: As per industry standards, with performance-based incentives.

Working Days: Monday to Friday / 5 or 6-day work week depending on company policy.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
