Role Overview

Centre Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of centre operations: guest services, equipment, staffing, and safety.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues proactively.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff (floor teams, supervisors, part-time staffing).
• Increase revenue through promotions, ticket sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Oversee inventory, vendor coordination, and maintenance schedules.
• Enforce health & safety standards rigorously.
• Support marketing-driven events, seasonal promotions, and school or corporate tie-ins.
• Track KPIs—sales, guest feedback, staffing performance—and report to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or equivalent (preferred).
• 3+ years in management roles within retail, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent English & Hindi communication and customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with budgeting, cash handling, and sales analytics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Flexible to work holidays, weekends, and peak hours.
