We’re looking for Category Heads to drive growth and excellence across our key verticals: Beverages, FMCG, Cash & Carry, Fruits, and Event Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead category growth by identifying new business opportunities and scaling existing ones
• Drive P&L ownership, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate best-in-class pricing and service terms
• Source quality products aligned with our brand values and market demand
• Spend 70% of your time in the field managing vendors, clients, and category operations
• Ensure end-to-end client satisfaction through structured operations and impactful service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in Category Management, Business Development, or Event/FMCG Management
• Strong command over P&L, vendor management, negotiation, and deal closures
• Proven track record in business growth, systemization, and strategy execution
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting capabilities
• Leadership qualities with experience managing cross-functional or field teams
• Must be familiar with the Chennai/Bangalore vendor and client ecosystem

Deal-Breaker Criteria

• Lack of experience in Category Management, Business Growth, or Team & Vendor Management
• Weak negotiation skills or absence of field-based execution background

Qualification

• Education from top-tier undergraduate/postgraduate institutes
• Start-up experience or exposure to high-growth environments
