We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer with a strong foundation in quality assurance, testing principles, and a passion for critical thinking. ✅ Qualifications: BCA / B.Sc CS / B.Tech / MCA / MSc. CS or IT Strong in OOPS, JavaScript or other programming languages Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 🧪 Job Role: Execute manual testing on web and mobile apps Log and track bugs effectively through the Bug Life Cycle Collaborate with developers and product teams Prepare test cases, environments, and regression tests Apply knowledge of SDLC , 7 principles of testing , and modern QA practices Use AI tools where relevant to improve QA workflows 🔎 Selection Criteria: Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks Ability to apply critical thinking in real-world testing scenarios (e.g., “test an earphone purchase flow”) Proactive and self-driven with a growth mindset 🚫 Deal Breakers: Not open to a 1.5-year NDA Notice period more than 30 days Lack of in-person interview availability No prior experience in top-tier environments
