Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage product listings on Shopify

  with precise descriptions, high-quality images, and detailed information.

• Manage inventory, product categorization, and tagging

  to ensure seamless navigation and organization.
• Ensure all 

  product listings are complete and error-free

  , accurately reflecting specifications like size, materials, and features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.  

• Write clear, engaging, and accurate product descriptions

  using limited information such as images, dimensions, and fabric details, while ensuring consistency with the brand voice and optimizing for SEO.

• Perform basic image editing

  (e.g., resizing) to enhance product visuals and improve their visual appeal.
• Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries or reviews related to product listings.
• Constantly 

  compare user experience on our site with competitors

  and identify trends/features which can improve user experience. Work with IT to make those changes.
• Work with IT to 

  automate redundant tasks

  like product pricing and availability updates, promotions during certain hrs of day, etc.
• Many not be hands on but should be technically savvy to understand what can be done using code and constantly work with developers to enhance experience.
• Should be business savvy and 

  review analytics

  on daily basis to enhance usability.
