More and more customers are want to configure and customize their products online for which we want to provide them state of art experience where they can configure the furniture as per their need and visualize it. In order to meet this need we are hiring 3D modelers who can create 3d models of the furniture we sell. Here are details of job requirements: Location: Remote – India (Night Shift) Industry: E-commerce / Furniture Retail Compensation: Competitive base + high-earning commission & bonus potential Options: Part time / Full time # of positions: 3 Level: Lead, Mid lvl and Junior Requirements - Proven experience in 3D furniture modeling, especially upholstered items like sofas. - Strong understanding of topology flow, quad modeling, and low-poly optimization. - Expertise in at least one major 3D software (Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or equivalent). - Excellent skills in UV unwrapping and texture optimization. - Ability to create models with clean edge loops, perfect for close-up renders and web viewers. - Familiarity with baking details (normal maps, AO maps, etc.) for low-poly use. - Understanding of real-world scaling and measurement accuracy. - Ability to follow design changes and offer quick, flexible solutions. - Strong portfolio demonstrating past furniture models with wireframe previews. Responsibilities: Model sofas, sectionals, beds, and upholstered furniture based on reference images or drawings. Deliver models with clean quad-based topology optimized for rendering, web, and AR/VR. Maintain accurate real-world dimensions and scaling. Optimize models for low polygon count and small file size without losing important details. Perform UV unwrapping with clean, non-stretched layouts. Bake high-poly details (if needed) into normal maps for low-poly models. Handle furniture customizations, such as changing dimensions, cushion styles, stitching, legs, and tufting designs. Communicate effectively regarding revisions, corrections, or updates. Deliver organized files, including wireframes, UV maps, and texture setups if required.

Experience with Amazon, Wayfair etc is a plus. - Strong skills in Excel for organizing and managing data. Automation skills to import data instead of manually uploading. - Solid understanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce. - Strong Content Writing & Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly product descriptions based on minimal inputs like images, dimensions, and fabric names—highlighting unique selling points and evoking a sense of style and comfort. - Attention to Detail & Product Accuracy : Skilled at accurately interpreting technical specs (e.g., dimensions, fabric types) and ensuring all listings are consistent, error-free, and aligned with brand tone. - Basic image editing skills (using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar software) are preferred. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Upload and manage product listings on Shopify with precise descriptions, high-quality images, and detailed information. Manage inventory, product categorization, and tagging to ensure seamless navigation and organization. Ensure all product listings are complete and error-free , accurately reflecting specifications like size, materials, and features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Write clear, engaging, and accurate product descriptions using limited information such as images, dimensions, and fabric details, while ensuring consistency with the brand voice and optimizing for SEO. Perform basic image editing (e.g., resizing) to enhance product visuals and improve their visual appeal. Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries or reviews related to product listings. Constantly compare user experience on our site with competitors and identify trends/features which can improve user experience. Work with IT to make those changes. Work with IT to automate redundant tasks like product pricing and availability updates, promotions during certain hrs of day, etc. Many not be hands on but should be technically savvy to understand what can be done using code and constantly work with developers to enhance experience. Should be business savvy and review analytics on daily basis to enhance usability.
