Role Description

This is an internship role for a Caller at TDB.ai. This hybrid role, located in Indore, allows for some work from home. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about TDB.ai’s services and products, conducting follow-up calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed records of each interaction. The intern will need to coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure all client queries are handled promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide accurate information about the company's products and services
• Capability of handling follow-up calls and scheduling appointments
• Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed call records
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial
