Requirements:

• B.Tech/B.E. degree from a

  Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute

• 0–3 years

  of experience in business operations, client servicing, analysis, or generalist roles (preferably in startups)
• Strong

  written and verbal communication skills

• High level of ownership and ability to

  work independently

• Excellent

  problem-solving

  skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to navigate and execute in

  ambiguous, fast-changing environments

Good to Have:

• Experience in startup environments
• Exposure to tools like Excel, Notion, CRM platforms, or project management tools
