Hyperclick ventures is backed by a conglomerate of accomplished founders & investors who are looking at tapping the AI first tech founders and companies at an early stage and take them towards accelerated growth path through funding, infra support, mentorships and right introductions for Series A fund -raise within 18 month. About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic Business Operations Associate who thrives in high-energy environments and knows how to make things happen. This role is central to establishing Hyperclick Ventures’ outreach engine — from building relationships with top tech campuses and startup communities to running high-impact campaigns that attract exceptional founders. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead & execute outreach programs to attract early-stage AI startups — especially from tech institutes, accelerators, and niche founder communities 🔹 Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from content creation and email workflows to event coordination and performance tracking 🔹 Build and manage relationships with ecosystem partners, E-Cells, incubators, and innovation hubs 🔹 Coordinate founder application funnels — track inbound leads, review applications, and support the evaluation process 🔹 Own brand voice in outreach — craft compelling messages, decks, and communication that position Hyperclick as the go-to AI incubator 🔹 Support pitch and showcase events — logistics, founder communication, and follow-ups What We’re Looking For: ✔ MBA with 1–2 years of experience in startup ecosystem, community management, or early-stage VC/investment roles ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✔ Prior experience in outreach, campaign management , or ecosystem partnerships ✔ Self-starter with high ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguity ✔ Passion for startups, AI, and founder journeys Perks: ✨ Opportunity to work at the frontlines of India’s AI startup ecosystem ✨ Work directly with founding team & industry mentors ✨ Fast-paced, learning-rich environment with long-term growth potential To apply: DM us or send your CV and a short note on why you’re the right fit to contact@hyperclickventures.com #hiring #operationsassociate #startupjobs #gurgaonjobs #HyperclickVentures #AIstartups #incubatorjobs
