We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to head our D2C business. This role will be responsible for driving both revenue and customer experience across the digital funnel—from acquisition to retention—through performance marketing, product innovation, and seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling consumer brands, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or EdTech domains.
• Lead and grow the D2C business across web and app platforms
• Drive end-to-end business metrics including revenue, conversions, AOV, and CAC
• Own the P&L and deliver on quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals
• Build and scale high-performing sales and marketing funnels for customer acquisition and retention
• Oversee performance marketing strategy, CRM, lifecycle campaigns, and loyalty programs using first-party data
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop brand messaging that drives results
• Own the customer journey across digital platforms; ensure a frictionless experience that converts
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization to improve conversion rates
• Partner with tech and product teams to ensure fast, scalable, and user-centric platforms
• Leverage analytics to inform strategy—identify gaps, build on opportunities, and forecast growth
• Stay ahead of the curve on D2C trends, MarTech innovations, and consumer behavior shifts
• Lead a cross-functional team of ~70 across marketing, product, growth, tech, and CX
• Foster a performance-driven culture and mentor future leaders
• Work closely with the Founder to shape the company’s digital strategy and long-term vision
• 10+ years of overall experience with significant time spent in D2C, FMCG, or EdTech industries
• Proven success in scaling a consumer-facing business digitally
• Experience owning P&L, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering measurable outcomes
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, product flows, customer journeys, and lifecycle management
• Strong leadership and people management skills—ability to energize and grow a 70+ member team
• Data-driven mindset with an eye for detail and innovation
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented approach
