Our core offerings include: 🎧 Audio Services – Music, sound design, and scoring for films, games, ads, and branded content 🎁 Personalized Gifting – Custom audio-visual gifts for life’s most meaningful moments 🎤 Artist Management & Musician-Led Brands – Helping artists build and launch sustainable businesses 📺 Content-Driven Labels – Narrative-first content, released under our in-house labels Your Role – Partnerships & Business Development: We’re looking for a high-level operator with a builder’s mindset and a strong network to lead strategic partnerships. You’ll bring in aligned collaborators, brands, agencies, and clients — and earn a percentage from every successful partnership or deal you close. What You’ll Do: Drive partnerships across creative, tech, brand, and entertainment industries Lead conversations with agencies, startups, creators, and cultural stakeholders Close deals across our service verticals (audio, gifting, artist brands, content) Co-create packages that drive real value and revenue Help shape pricing, proposals, and strategic offerings Build long-term partner ecosystems and monetization channels Represent MnA Studios at industry events and thought leadership forums Compensation Model: 💰 Earn a percentage of every client or partnership you bring in. This is a deal-by-deal model, designed to reward closers and creators. The more aligned clients you bring — the more you earn. (Exact percentages will be discussed based on scope, value, and scale of each deal.) You Might Be a Fit If You Have: Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (3–7+ years) A track record of bringing in high-value clients or brand deals Industry contacts in music, tech, lifestyle, media, or creative industries Excellent communication, pitch, and relationship skills A love for music, storytelling, and creative business A founder’s mentality: self-motivated, strategic, resourceful What You’ll Gain: A direct revenue share from all your partnership wins A core seat at an emerging creative company Total autonomy to operate, pitch, and experiment The opportunity to help define a new kind of music-driven venture This is not a salaried role.
