Business Development Manager – Permanent/Contract Staffing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our IT and Engineering permanent and contract staffing division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in C2C and C2H staffing models and a strong understanding of both domestic and international hiring trends, particularly within high-demand technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in IT and Engineering contract staffing
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and vendor partners
• Strategically source and deploy top-tier talent across technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, AI, Java, Power BI, ServiceNow, Python, and Data Science
• Lead recruitment initiatives for contract roles in both domestic and global markets
• Oversee smooth onboarding processes, including documentation and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• 2 to 10 years of experience in business development within IT/Engineering staffing
• In-depth knowledge of contract staffing models (C2C, C2H)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Proficient in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
