Business Development Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate to join our Business Development team in Oman. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our footprint in Oman and the broader Middle East region by identifying new business opportunities, forging key relationships, and contributing to revenue growth across KREATE’s verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop relationships with key clients, partners, and government stakeholders in Oman and the wider Middle East region.
• Drive strategic business development initiatives across sectors, especially energy trading and technology services.
• Analyze local market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead efforts in expanding the customer base and increasing market penetration in Oman.
• Set and achieve business targets in alignment with domestic and global sales goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, finance, and technical departments to align business strategies.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on BD activities, pipeline, forecasts, and competitor intelligence.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business forums in the region.
• Offer insights to improve product-market fit, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Nationality:

  Omani only (mandatory)

• Location: Based in Oman (preferably Muscat)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the

  Energy

  ,

  Technology

  , or

  Infrastructure

  sector.
• Strong network and understanding of Omani and Middle Eastern markets.
• Prior experience with onsite roles in the

  MEA (Middle East & Africa)

  region is required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of

  , and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proactive, confident, and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
