Role Overview As a Business Development Manager , you will lead efforts to generate new business, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will oversee both outbound and inbound strategies, including bidding on platforms like Upwork , Freelancer , and others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success on these platforms and experience managing a sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Bidding : Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork , Freelancer , and similar platforms. Proposal Management : Create compelling proposals and bid responses to attract high-value clients. Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients. Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute business development strategies, track progress, and manage the sales pipeline. Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management. Proven experience with Upwork , Freelancer , and other bidding platforms.
