Role Overview:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mysore center.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting enrollment and sales targets.
• Handle a team of 10–25 members including sales, academic counselors, and support staff.
• Conduct regular team reviews, mentoring, and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate with marketing for local outreach and lead generation campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution of queries/complaints.
• Analyze business data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of work experience in the EdTech industry

  in a similar BDM or Center Head role.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and team leadership.
• Experience in managing large teams and education centers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline. MBA preferred.
