Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, building new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector (SaaS, cloud, digital transformation, custom development, etc.).
Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, to closing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Procurement Heads).
Create and deliver compelling client presentations and product demos.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, presales, delivery) to tailor solutions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 3+ years of experience in IT/Tech sales.
Proven track record in B2B sales of IT services, software solutions, or SaaS products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of IT solutions (cloud, CRM, ERP, managed services, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics.
Ability to work independently and handle high-value enterprise clients.
