Digitrickz Innovations Pvt Ltd is a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in Branding, Creative Designs, Video Shoots, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, Web & App Development. We help businesses grow their digital presence and generate leads through data-driven marketing strategies. We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand our digital marketing services to businesses globally. Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online outreach. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire local and international clients in need of digital marketing services. Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their marketing needs, and proposing tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales-driven campaigns and presentations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals effectively. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital marketing industry. Maintain CRM and track all sales activities, ensuring regular follow-ups and client engagement. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing or IT services). Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, SEM, SMM, and branding. Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation techniques. Target-Driven: Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Languages: Proficiency in English Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: business development: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
