Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Business Development Manager who believes in transforming education. If you’re excited by innovation, value impact over routine, and want more than a traditional corporate role—this could be your calling. As part of a fast-growing start-up, you’ll work directly with senior leadership and have a real say in shaping our India strategy.

The key responsibilities in the role will include:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies, sales plans, and marketing initiatives for B2B (schools, institutions) and B2C (parents, students) segments.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients—particularly schools and educational institutions across NCR, and potentially beyond NCR
  • Pitch programs and services, conduct product demos, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate offline marketing events and work with social media agencies to launch digital campaigns.
  • Nurture long-term partnerships with both new and existing clients.
  • Prepare impactful presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in educational sales or business development, preferably with exposure to the school ecosystem

Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

Mindset: Entrepreneurial, driven, adaptable, and collaborative.

Other: Comfortable with travel and field work as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sector 63, Gurgaon - 122018, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business development: 3 years (Preferred)
