Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 5–10 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills and a proven ability to work with international clients. You will play a key role in driving business growth, and expanding our client base in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets, particularly in the US, UK,Canada etc.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients and partners.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions including software development, digital transformation, cloud, and managed services.
• Prepare high-impact proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning for business growth.
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Manage industry events, client meetings, and online networking sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of business development or international sales experience in the IT industry .
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in engaging with international clients across different time zones.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of IT services, solutions, and current technology trends.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,732.52 - ₹50,000.00 per month
