Business Development Manager (BDM)

I am hiring for Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Reporting To: CEO/Director Compensation: ₹4 LPA (Inclusive) + Incentives Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT services and product domains. Achieve a monthly sales target of ₹3,00,000 consistently. Build long-term client relationships through direct and indirect channels. Prepare detailed proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for clients. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system. Coordinate with technical and project teams to align solutions with client requirements. Submit regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and results to the leadership team. Incentive Structure: Incentives are applicable only after achieving the ₹3L target. Revenue-based slabs:₹1 – ₹3 Lakhs: 5% ₹3 – ₹7 Lakhs: 7%₹10 Lakhs and above: 10% Policies & Conduct: All financial transactions must only be directed to the company or CEO’s official account. Use of personal bank accounts or devices for company-related work is strictly prohibited. Expenses incurred for business development (with proof) will be reimbursed within 30 days. Personal laptops are not allowed; only company-provided devices and systems are to be used. All project communications will be monitored and stored on company devices for compliance. Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of IT products and services. Strategic thinking and problem-solving. CRM software familiarity and reporting abilities.
