Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

  • Identify and research potential clients in target segments (as allocated)
  • Promote and sell our IT products and services (CRM, ERP, custom SAAS solutions, etc.)
  • Conduct product presentations and demos online or in person
  • Manage leads through CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Take support from senior management in closing larger deals
  • Achieve monthly conversion targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge


What are we looking for?

  • BBA/BCA or equivalent degree (Freshers welcome)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for technology and business solutions
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable with MS Office and basic CRM tools
  • Willing to travel for client meetings if required
