Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month + Attractive Incentives

About ABM Groups:

ABM Groups is a fast-growing multi-vertical company managing brands in education, tech services, food, travel, real estate, and social impact. This role supports business growth for two key units:

BM Academy : AI-powered course training, placement, and student career support.

BM TechX : Business branding, digital marketing, and web development services.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client/student relationships, and closing sales for both course admissions and tech service packages. This includes field outreach, online leads follow-up, and B2B client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

For BM Academy:

  • Promote and sell training programs (AI, Digital Marketing, Full Stack, etc.).
  • Follow up with inbound leads from WhatsApp, website, webinars, and walk-ins.
  • Counsel students and working professionals on course outcomes and placements.
  • Build partnerships with colleges, tuition centers, and educational agents.
  • Achieve monthly targets on student enrollments.

For BM TechX:

  • Reach out to local businesses, startups, and SMEs for branding and tech services.
  • Pitch website development, digital marketing, and social media packages.
  • Prepare custom proposals and coordinate with the technical team for delivery.
  • Follow up on quotations and close deals with small and medium clients.

Daily Tasks:

  • Handle 15–20 quality follow-ups per day (calls / WhatsApp / meetings)
  • Visit colleges or local businesses for outreach (2–3 per week)
  • Maintain lead tracking on CRM/Sheets/Notion
  • Attend weekly review meetings with the CEO/business head

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or counseling
  • Prior knowledge of digital marketing, education sales, or service-based pitching preferred
  • Strong communication in *Tamil and English*
  • Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet monthly sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace
