Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and establishing effective communication channels with potential and existing clients. The role involves daily interactions with clients, creating and executing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Experience in generating international leads.
• Experience in generating IT leads (ServiceNow, ErpNXT, Hybrid Mobile Application, Custom Software Development).
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
• Effective Communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
• Experience in Account Management
• Ability to meet the target.
• Proven track record in sales or business development roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
