Job Title: Business Development Executive (MBA Fresher – 2024/25 Batch)
Location: Kolkata
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Reports To: Business Head

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing HR consulting team in Kolkata. This opportunity is ideal for MBA (Marketing) freshers from the 2024/2025 batch who are passionate about lead generation, client acquisition, and enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Source leads via LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and other AI tools
  • Conduct outreach to SMEs and corporate decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a qualified prospect pipeline
  • Target: 5–10 qualified meetings with decision-makers per week

Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation

  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings alongside senior leadership
  • Assist in creating proposals and pitch decks for HR services
  • Convert prospects into long-term business opportunities

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitors
  • Suggest improvements in outreach and engagement strategies

Reporting & Internal Coordination

  • Use CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce for activity tracking
  • Prepare weekly reports on leads, meetings, and conversions
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and recruitment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: MBA in Marketing (Graduating in 2024 or 2025)
  • Sales Orientation: Passionate about B2B sales and HR consulting
  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • CRM Exposure: HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English; capable of handling C-level conversations
  • Personality: Proactive, confident, target-driven, and comfortable under pressure
