Job Description

About the Role: The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue generation strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads through research, networking, cold calling, and using various platforms (LinkedIn, industry events, etc.). Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales and revenue growth. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s services/products. Sales & Negotiation: Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including negotiating terms and closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify potential areas for growth. Provide regular reports on market insights and competitor activities to the management team. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and leads in the CRM system. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition. Coordinate with the project management or delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction after closing deals. Client Retention & Upselling: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
