Job description Job Title: B2B Executive – COE (Center of Excellence) Lab Establishment Company : ISIEINDIA (Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers) Location: Noida (On-site) Bangalore, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh (Work from Home) Experience Required: 1–5 Years Industry: EdTech | Green Mobility | Skill Development | Engineering Labs About ISIEINDIA ISIEINDIA is India’s leading organization bridging the gap between academia and industry through innovative learning, green mobility, and skill development initiatives. With a focus on experiential education and future mobility, we work with over 800 institutions and several government and industry partners. We are now expanding our COE Lab (Center of Excellence) Establishment Division, and are looking for energetic B2B Executives who can drive institutional collaborations, close high-value deals, and support the implementation of EV/Automation/Industry 4.0 labs across India. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and reach out to engineering colleges, polytechnics, and universities for COE lab partnerships Build a qualified pipeline of prospects and decision-makers ✅ Client Meetings & Relationship Building Conduct presentations, calls, and in-person visits (if required) to pitch ISIEINDIA’s COE Lab offerings Develop long-term relationships with HODs, Directors, and Trustees ✅ Proposal & Deal Closure Share and customize COE proposals as per client needs Negotiate pricing and close deals Ensure timely documentation and agreement process ✅ Target-Driven Execution Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for lab installations Provide regular updates and reports to the sales head ✅ Collaboration Coordinate with technical and operations teams for lab delivery and setup Assist in after-sales support and implementation success What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, or technical training sales (EdTech or lab setup preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel for client meetings across states Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset Perks & Benefits: Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives Travel Allowances & Mobile Reimbursement Work with top engineering institutes across India Fast growth in a future-tech sector (E-Mobility, AI/ML, EV, Industry 4.0) Join ISIEINDIA and play a key role in shaping India's engineering education and sustainable future.
