Business Development Executive – GEM Portal Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Search, identify, and evaluate relevant tenders on

  GEM and other government/third-party tender portals

  .
• Manage the

  entire tendering process

  including documentation, submission, follow-ups, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders and their statuses.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) for gathering required documents and inputs for tender submissions.
• Monitor tender alerts, corrigendums, and deadline reminders.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders with high attention to detail.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to tender activities.
• Assist in vendor registration, product listing, catalog management, and price updates on the GEM portal.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge or experience in

  lead generation

  and

  email marketing

  campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in GEM portal operations or similar tendering platforms.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in using online portals and basic computer tools (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be willing to work from office
