Codeplateau is a dynamic organization based in Kharadi, Pune, committed to delivering innovative solutions and services. We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through

    bidding on government portals

    such as GeM, Mahatender, and similar platforms.
  • Generate high-quality leads using

    LinkedIn

    and other professional networking platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government entities.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations for government and private sector clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of bids, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.


Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum

    2+ years of experience

    in government tender bidding and end to end handling.
  • Proven expertise in

    bidding on government portals

    like GeM, Mahatender, or similar platforms.
  • Strong skills in

    lead generation

    through LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the Pune market and willingness to work from the Kharadi office.


Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in

    email marketing

    campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Knowledge of

    technical recruitment

    processes or IT services industry.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to join within

    0-15 days

    .
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
