Location: Kottayam, Alaphuzha, Pathanamthita. Base Location - Kottayam.

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager & Distributor Owner
Job Overview:
The Key Sales Development Executive for Castrol Engine Oil is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role involves building relationships with branded workshops, delivering quality service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and have strong communication skills to effectively promote Castrol’s branded workshop offer.
