Job Title: Business Development Executive (Cloud, IT Hardware/Software & Web Solutions) Location: Indore Full-Time | Experience: 1–3 years Department: Sales & Growth About the Role: Quality Webs is seeking a driven and articulate Business Development Executive (BDE) who thrives in fast-moving tech environments. You'll be at the frontline of our growth—selling cloud infrastructure , IT hardware/software solutions , and custom web and software development services to SMEs, startups, and enterprise clients. Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Identify potential clients for cloud services, hardware, software solutions, and web/app development. Outbound Sales & Follow-ups Cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to nurture prospects into qualified leads. Solution Selling Understand client requirements and position the right mix of AWS/GCP/Azure solutions, on-prem hardware, or custom development packages. Proposal Writing & Pitching Prepare business proposals, RFP responses, and engaging presentations with the tech team. Relationship Management Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT managers, and procurement teams to maintain long-term accounts. Market Intelligence Stay updated on cloud tech, SaaS trends, and competitor offerings to improve positioning. CRM & Reporting Maintain lead data and sales activity in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred) 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in any of: Cloud, SaaS, IT hardware, or development agency Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and basic technical vocabulary Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English + Hindi) Comfortable with tech demos, Virtual calls, and LinkedIn lead generation. Familiarity with tools like MS Office, CRM software, Google Workspace, and productivity apps Bonus Points: Experience selling to manufacturing, retail, or healthcare sectors Understanding of government procurement or tenders (GeM, etc.) Basic knowledge of web technologies (React, Node.js, ERP systems) Perks: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Upskilling support in cloud certifications and sales tools.
