Job Title: Business Development Executive Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Commercial Interiors Location: Mumbai Reports To: Business Development Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting our interior design and fit-out services for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, project managers, real estate agents, and potential clients. Generate leads, arrange meetings, and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with the design and project teams to prepare customized solutions and quotations. Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategy. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, leads, and pipeline progress. Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management on sales performance and market developments. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales or business development within the interior fit-out, construction, or real estate sector. Strong understanding of commercial interior fit-out processes and terminology. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
