Key Responsibilities

Identify and target commercial & industrial clients (factories, warehouses, commercial buildings) for solar rooftop and ground-mounted solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, B2B meetings, and networking.
Understand client energy requirements and provide tailored solar solutions.
Pitch APS (Australian Premium Solar) products and solutions to prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, finance) to create customized proposals.
Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain CRM/database and regularly report on pipeline, progress, and forecasts.
Stay updated with DISCOM policies, net metering guidelines, and government solar schemes
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of solar PV systems, energy savings, and ROI.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.
Self-driven with a strong sales mindset.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of commercial electricity bills and tariff structures.
Understanding of CAPEX/OPEX/PPA models in solar.
Prior experience in rooftop or ground-mounted solar sales.
