● Identify and generate new business leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and sales automation tools.
● Research and qualify potential clients in the eCommerce, retail, and D2C space.
● Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and Upwork to engage prospects and schedule meetings.
● Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead, contact, and opportunity details.
● Support the Business Development team in proposal creation, follow-ups, and client communication.
● Track market trends, customer pain points, and competitors to assist in refining pitch and positioning.
● Assist in preparing performance reports and documentation for internal review.
● 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in the IT services or eCommerce space.
● Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, and HubSpot.
● Understanding of digital commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and headless solutions is a plus.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to research, identify, and connect with key decision-makers.
● Basic knowledge of CRM systems and outreach workflows.
● 1 to 2 years of experience in a BDE or similar role.
● Experience in lead generation for international markets through email, LinkedIn, or platforms like Upwork is highly preferred.
