Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience, preferably from Jodhpur, to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the share market domain, especially in Client Onboarding, along with basic technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with the IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand and analyze business processes with a focus on client onboarding in the share market domain.

2. Work closely with the IT team and possess basic technical understanding for effective collaboration.

3. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.

4. Use MS Excel efficiently for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.

5. Manage escalations and ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks.

6.Raise new requirements using JIRA and track them to closure.

7. Prepare clear user stories and business requirement documents (BRDs).

8. Explain functional requirements to developers for successful implementation.

9. Maintain documentation related to pendency, priorities, and backlog items.

10. Track ongoing tasks and share daily status reports with the HOD.

1. Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather updates and understand new requirements.

12. Prepare UAT test cases and assist in system testing based on defined requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream with relevant BA experience.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

3. Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with JIRA.

4. Prior experience in capital markets or financial services is a plus.

5. Must be based in Jodhpur.
