Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with 12 years of hands-on experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing BRDs/FRDs, and working closely with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements.
Create, review, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate the delivered solution meets business expectations.
Conduct market and competitor analysis, as required.
Support product managers and senior analysts in project planning and requirement traceability.
Participate in daily standups and sprint planning meetings in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
12 years of experience in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
